Wint let me cancel but No technical issues reported

Are you trying to cancel an unused Simple Delivery label?   If so you can only do that if you had free postage on your listing and paid for the label yourself.   Also it has to be cancelled within 14 days.   

If you had postage cost on your listing that means buyer paid and they will automatically receive a refund for an unused label in 30 days.

I paud for posting but The QR code never came through ..so I used manual shipping at post office ..now it won't let me cancel the label ..' Technical issues ' is the message

If it's the Carthania Cunard menus that only ended this morning so try giving it a bit longer.   If no joy by tomorrow you'll have to try to contact ebay about it.

Click on the help link at the top of any page.   Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant.   Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.

It's Roman artifacts but at least it's on its way to the customer ...normally when this happens I usually cancel the label on Royalmail website site but this time Ebay have taken over the postage

If you used Simple Delivery and didn't use the label,  below are the instructions of how refunds are made.

Use a laptop / PC  and try Chrome, perhaps do not use the app or mobile browser which can be limited in options and can throw up technical glitches.

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.  Refund will be made after 30 days here,  too.
