Hi,
I'm having trouble adding a payout method, or more specifically, I do have one and had one added for a long time now, but I can't payout the money, as I need to verify my card again, which just isn't working. I have no problems with my bank or card, always works on other sites, but ebay seems to be making it an issue. I keep verifying the card, after which it takes me to the main error page time and again.
I thought the problem might be that I'm drying to withdraw to my bank account, so I looked at switching to withdrawing to my debit card, but I can't add that option either. It doesn't even give me an option to add a card at all. In the "manage" tab under bank and card settings, I also cannot switch the debit card as the main withdrawal method.
Any ideas?
Thanks

You cannot credit money to a debit card, it is only of use for paying, that is debiting from a bank account. ( I am not talking about cards for children which have to be set up with a credit balance and limit on spending)
Have you added a normal bank current account, which ebay verifies? Once set up I can think of no reason why it should not work, unless bank branch closes in which case, account would be transferred and a new sort code and account number would need to be added to ebay.

Hi, thanks for your reply and sorry for my late one. I do have a bank account added for withdrawals as default. I thought maybe that's the issue so I tried changing in to my debit card. When I try to withdraw it to my bank it just doesn't work, clicking on withdraw button does nothing. It then tells me to add a selling cost method (as it says that's the reason I cant withdraw) even though it's already been added for years.
So I try and add one, I do verify it, it then takes me to some error page and this message comes up: "Your payouts are on hold because the payment method you have on file could not be charged for any outstanding selling costs. Please add one to get paid."
Starting to look like some sort of a shadowban
