Can't update my Ebay email address

After about 20 years without issue, suddenly stopped getting Ebay email notifications eg Watch List items, tracking etc Nothing has changed at my end - filters, spam etc. So, I tried changing my Ebay email address but don't get the confirmation email (using existing or new email address. My email provider says no issues with incoming Ebay mail on their servers.  Last week I got a dodgy looking email (not from Ebay; hello@anotherway.lt ) about my email address expiring 'in 48 hours' and it needed reconfirmed (ignored). Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

All I can advise is to change your email address with the link below to your Personal Information,  and use a laptop / PC to do this,  not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome works well with eBay.

Many thanks for that. I’ve been (slowly) reviewing my 20 year (over 900!) back catalogue of server-side spam filters, disabling ‘generic’ ones for eg X-Spam-Score & UTF-8. So far, still no Ebay email notifications (Saved Search & purchase / shipping updates). Thinking either Ebay now includes some extra ‘security’ coding in their emails, else my server provider’s filters have very belatedly kicked in. As is, I still can't change or even re-verify my existing email address for Ebay I’ll persevere for now. (Back to daily searches & using the couriers' tracking thus.)

For the public record, not knowingly due to any filter changes I made, all Ebay-related emails are now landing again. So a mystery but all good now. Well, other than I still can't change my Ebay email address... (the verification process seems a mess).
