Can't see items purchased on phone from pc, and vice versa.

Hi all, after an update a few years ago, I am unable to view purchases I made on my phone when I buy something using my pc,  and vice versa when I use my pc to buy, I cannot see what I purchased on my phone. Is there a setting somewhere that allows for reversal of what has happened? Thanks.

Make sure you are using the same account on your phone as on your PC,it's common if signing in on phone using Google,Apple or Facebook to open another account,this account(cha5892) has been opened since 19 March 2025 so if your account is older than this I believe this is what has happened.
