We've all had this.

 

Unlink your Nectar card from eBay then link it back up again,  it may take a few goes,  and use a desktop browser not the app or mobile browser to do this.

 

Go to your My eBay >>  Selling drop down menu and click on the Nectar logo at the bottom of the drop down menu.

 

If there's still an issue you have to follow what they say in their last line,  that is,  contact the Nectar helpline.

Can anyone help

If you only have a mobile, then all you can do is contact Nectar as they say.

Your local library will have computers which you could try using.
