Can I sell a promotional CD on ebay

I have a promotional CD and wonder if I am permitted to sell this on Ebay and if so, how much can I list if for.

Price is entirely up to you, we don't make those decisions, but yes you can list a promo CD - I would ensure that you mention its a promo in your title and also the main descritpion.
