CASH ON COLLECTION QR CODES

WHY CAN I NOT HAVE CASH ON COLLECTION.  I DO NOT USE QR CODES. 

HOW CAN I GET ROUND THIS - THIS IS STOPPING ME SELLING ON EBAY.

Cash on collection is no longer allowed.

You can still list as collection only,

buyer pays through ebay & when they collect they give you code to enter to release money.

Instead of the qr code the buyer will get a six digit code. Ensure they bring it with them enter it in to eBay who confirm instantly item collected. Then you can release goods.
