Buying from Europe

I’m looking for some advice on an item i purchased from Germany with international shipping to the UK. The item was posted with DHL with a tracking number the last tracking notification says delivered but no parcel came to my address on that day and no calling card was left either i also checked outside and asked my neighbour’s but still couldn’t find the parcel I’ve tried contacting the seller but there not responding I’ve also tried to contact DHL but the automated service asks for the tracking number which says the parcel has been delivered.

It could be that the seller has used Ebay GSP and that delivery is to the international hub, rather than your address.

If you look at the email you got from Ebay when you paid, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date.

If the item is not with you one day after the latest estimated delivery date, you should open an 'item not received' case.

I found the package on Monday 11-05-26 with Parcel Force it was only delivered to Parcel Force PFW depot on the 06-05-26 all the details was on the Parcel Force  tracking website it also said the package was pending and undelivered to the recipient so i phoned the company straight away and luckily they still had my package in there possession and i received it on the Tuesday 12-05-26. Thank you for your help.
