Purchased Sony headphones from seller on Saturday 18th waited two days still hadn't dispatched. On Monday 13th late evening requested cancellation only because i knew seller hadn't dispatched yet. Same evening messaged seller to kindly cancel order explained reason for cancellation. On Thuesday 21st late evening round about 10ish received email my request for cancellation was declined also received message from seller saying it has been dispatched and couldn't be cancelled also said its been dispatched from warehouse and its on its way. I replyed straight away and asked seller if order has been dispatched and why i have not received tracking number and don't know what courier is delivering my parcel and my phone is still saying it has not been dispatched. No reply and today i have still received no reply and order still has not been dispatched. Also estimated dates are Friday 24th January and Friday 31 January its abit weird What should i do now?

You have to wait until the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed and then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
