A buyer bought 3 basins/sinks off me 4 weeks ago. They were new in boxes. He took them all out and checked them. He was happy with his purchase. He is now claiming that they are wrong and he’s gone down the road of using the oldest trick in the book by saying ‘ items listed wrongly’ , as this way the eBay money back guarantee kicks in and he is being allowed to bring them back to me. I’m refusing and he’s really annoying me and I don’t want him coming back to my house as I’m not too happy with the liar. EBay say I can pay for them to be delivered back to me! These sinks are very heavy and would cost an enormous amount. I’m basically going to lose £150 as they are going to make me give his money back and he will keep the sinks!! Totally disregard to a loyal seller on eBay for over 7 years. There’s nothing I can do but lose my money and sinks to this dishonest buyer.
