Cannot amend postage in the App

Well yet another issue.

You cannot change the postage in the App, you have to save the listing as a draft then go on the web page to change the postage options! So much time wasting

After speaking to the "help desk" that is the only way to do it,  apparently the IT people are working on it - hope its not the same people working on the invoicing issue for the last 6 weeks! come on Ebay if you are going to change things make sure it works properly

Was it ever possible to combine postage on the app?  I don't think it was.  I'm afraid you may have been fobbed off with that answer from CS that IT people are working on the issue of not being able to change postage on the app.  In my humble opinion it will just be another thing that's not manageable on the app.

It's the ol' faithful laptop for me, that app is far too limited in its options and features.

Very true you cannot arrange invoices on the aPP, but I did not say you could , its the postage issue I was talking about.

The invoice situation is another example of lack of attention to sellers requirements ,as long as buyrers are not unduly disadvantaged

Sorry , when you mentioned CS said they are working on the invoice issue for 6 weeks and  that you are using the app,  I took it that you did think one could once combine invoice on the app, apologies for misreading your initial post.

I'm afraid I believe that is just another aspect that the app is now lacking in, the postage issue you mention.
