Buyer wants to reurn an item because they changed their mind?

Sold a lens for a camera

New Unused Mint condition.

Buyer knew what he was buying

Item receieved exactly as per description

Buyer has decided he dosent want it and wants a different lens

It is now not "unused" and buyer wants to return it!

Do I have to accept his return as nothing wrong with item?

Do I loose the expensive recorded delivery postage to him and back from him at £15.00 a time !

You have 14 days change of mind returns on your listing, so yes, if in time you have to accept it.

Buyer pays return costs.

No listing says

" Refer to ebay return policy for more details. You're covered by the ebay money back guarantee if you receive an item that is not as describedin the listing"

Nothing about changed mind? Buyer clearly states in his request he has "changed his mind"

Re: Buyer wants to reurn an item because they changed their mind?

That is correct,  a buyer is fully covered if they receive an item not as described for a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

However , there is a Returns option, to receive returns or not, for the reason change of mind / does not fit, and you have selected this option on your listings.

14 days return. Buyer pays for return postage.

The buyer can return the item for a change of mind,  but has to pay for the fully tracked return postage.

Had you selected No Returns on your listing,  the buyer could not return the item for this reason.
