The shipping I set up was £2.94 and that is what the buyer paid for but somehow they chose a £6 option (it says buyer selected) and there isn’t any other options which makes no sense…
Do i cancel the order? Or…?

If you are using evri your buyer is probably in one of their surcharge post codes at double the cost.
