Buyer saying differenceI tem receive to listing

I sold a grey ladies jackets  it's a dark grey jacket with white pin stripes i posted it to the buyer when she received it. She's saying he's black and even close to grey I must have sent her the wrong one

She has not ask to return it or for a refund as of yet

I've replied to her message saying that it's the only jacket I was selling and so it is definitely the one from the listing

Not sure what to do next

Thanks for any help

Nothing you can do, the next move is up to buyer, who should open a not as described case, you supply a reply paid label and on return refund in full.

Colours do not always show correctly on different screens.

If the buyer uses eBay's money back guarantee you will have to accept the return. eBay never sees the itm concerned and in cases of uncertainty generally finds in the buyer's favour.

It certainly does look lke a very dark jacket. Part of the difficulty is that because there's almost no background showing in the photos. This makes it harder to tell exactly what shade it is, because there's nothing to compare it with. Even the camera can be fooled if almost he whole image is the same shade.
