Buyer purchased 3 cases of drinks with one label, 24 drinks in each case.

Hello a buyer has just purchased 3 cases of drinks containing 24 drinks in each case but only one label has been provided by ebay for the 3 cases... as they bought all together in one transaction, the label only allows up to 9-10kg i believe, but the weight will be way over this if posted together.. what do I do? Does any one have any advice?  Thankyou

Contact the buyer and explain the problem.    Then cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist.   Ask the buyer to buy again separately and spaced out.   If they don't comply cancel and relist one at a time after putting their ID on your blocked bidder list:
