Buyer paid for postage but collected instead,i did a refund for postage, how do i mark as dispatched

i had a item sold and buyer paid the postage, as he was in my area he collected instead. how do i mark as collected. I have done a refund to buyer for postage.

You cannot.

When an item is listed for collection , buyer buys and pays for said item,  they then receive a collection code,  which the seller scans and this proves collection,  and the payout is released sooner.

You will not have this code,  so you cannot mark it as dispatched / collected, your payout will then be held for 14 days before release.

Just so you understand the risk, buyer could open a not received case to get a refund. Not very likely but it does happen.
