Buyer not responded

I sold a car at 18.56 on the 26th October.   I have messaged the buyer twice, giving my phone no and asking when he would like to collect the car?   He has not responded.  This is only the 2nd item I have ever put up for sale on ebay so not sure what I should do now?   Do I cancel the sale or would ebay offer the car to the previous bidder?

Issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days.   More info:

Then you can offer it to the underbidder.    Also put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
