Buyer not confirming the receiving of the parcel

It has been since the 05/03/25 , that I've been asking the buyer to confirm if they had received the parcel.They keep ignoring me.What do I do?

Buyers can't confirm receipt of item.

They can leave feedback, which may help with release of funds,

otherwise you have wait 14 days for payment.

If you posted the item using a tracked courier/postal service, and the item shows as delivered  on the services online website, then ebay can get the money released for you if you request a call back using this link. eBay Customer Service
