Buyer ignored collection only now asking me to ship

Hi everyone ,

I listed an exercise bike which sold for about £15,  I made it very clear on the listing that it was collection only. The buyer has now messaged me and asked me to ship it down to Bristol provided they cover the delivery ?! 

What should I do, how do I cancel this purchase?

I've already told them I made it very clear I wouldn't be shipping it anywhere.

You can issue a cancellation now via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.   Use the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address", ie. too far away to collect.   If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process.   

Or if they haven't paid you can cancel due to non-payment after 4 days.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
