I sold and sent a pair of jeans to buyer. Royal Mail tried to deliver 3 times, and I had prompted the buyer twice. I received payment on 13.4.26 and today (15.4.26) the buyer has messaged saying she’s received a pair of white trainers and wants to return! I’ve never even owned a pair of white trainers. I’ve asked her to send me photos of the packaging including the postage label so I can check the tracking number with what I have my end. I tried reaching out to eBay, but didn’t find an answer.
