Buyer bought an item on buy now and marked it as they would collect, no issue there. Problem is that I have reached out to them for past 3 days to arrange collection and they have not answered.
How should I proceed pls ?

You should wait.

If they have not got back to you by Monday, see if you have got a phone number for them in 'buyer details' and give them a ring.

They are clearly not in as much of a hurry to collect as you are to have the item collected.

You could email them and say you need it collected by a certain date. If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction. Or you can do that right away if you prefer.

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect easily.

If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process. If they haven't paid you can cancel as above but due to non-payment, after 4 days.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

It's usual to keep a collection item for 7 days, though I agree warning bells may be ringing as they have not communicated at all.

Wait a day or 2 more, then send a final polite message if you do not hear from them in ** days you deem the item to be unwanted , and will cancel the item which will fully refund them.

Should you need to do this, proceed this way. Click on the item in your sold listing, top left click on View Order Details. Far right from More Actions scroll down and select Cancel This Order select the reason Buyer Requests to Cancel. This fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance will not be affected.

One tip if the buyer does select a date to come and collect remind the to bring the 6 digit QR code found in their eBay messages or in their order details, this is essential for you to have, to confrm collection of the item.
