Buyer collected item

I sold an item but the buyer wanted to collect the item. I refunded the postage he had paid. I cannot find where to tell eBay it was collected, they are holding my money

If it wasn't listed for collection you won't be able to show it's been collected and  eBay will hold the payment for 14 days.

You cannot.  If the item was listed as a posting item and then was collected,  there is not QR code for the buyer to receive for you to register,  that the item was collected.

You will now , with no proof of collection,  have to wait 14 days for the release of the payout,  unless the item was under £25 in value,  then if the buyer leaves feedback that will release the payout sooner.
