Buyer collected but had no code

Hi buyer used collection option but he did not have the pick up code he has given positive feedback saying it was collected but ebay still shows it as awaiting collection how can I mark it as collected?

You can't without that code. Ask your buyer to check their eBay messages and emails, it may be there.

Failing that, all you can do is to wait the 14 - 30 days it may take for eBay to release the payment.
