I sold an item and sent promptly. Royal Mail tracked 48 insured.
almost a month later, buyer messages ‘item not received’
I asked buyer, if their address listed on ebay, is correct.
I then checked with Royal Mail tracking, and it shows RM have tried to deliver this 12 times.
each attempt was ‘no answer’
buyer apparently arranged with RM to re deliver item, but Royal Mail advise that was met with no reply when delivery was attempted.
Messaged the buyer - awaiting their reply.
any collective thoughts, from the community ?
