Buyer Return

a buyer has contacted me requesting a return however I do not accept returns to my account. They have gone through the return request process and selected the option that the item does not match the images or the description, and that’s the reason that they are wanting to return the item however they only selected this option because that was the only option available because I don’t accept returns whereas actually they’ve confirmed me that they’re only returning the item because they didn’t realise how small it was in the pictures. I’ve checked the listing and from the pictures you can definitely tell the general size of the item because my hand is in one of the pictures and also there are comparable things as well. I cannot for the life of me find a way to contact eBay and there is no option on the notification from the buyer for me to say that they have made an incorrect statement. What do I do?

No point arguing, cases are automated.

Issue returns label, refund in full on return.

If you don't do this, buyer can escalate to ebay, they will make you refund buyer and they keep item.

Once returned, you can try to appeal to ebay,  good luck.

Adding to what has been said, eBay does not see the items concerned in disputes. They generally take the buyer's word against the seller's.

I doubt there will be much point in appealing. The buyer is claiming that  it wasn't clear how small it was from the pictures. Are you surprised?? All you said was that you had shown your hand in one of the pictures "to give an idea of the size". So they're supposed to know how large your hand is?

Honestly, I think this was one of the most ridiculous descriptions I have seen on eBay. For a £100+ bag was it really too much trouble to add the measurements?
