I purchased a ring on eBay on 17/2/26. Supposedly to sent to me after Authenticity. Was stated delivered today but to wrong address.  It was sent to Ruislip in England instead of in Northern Ireland where I live. What need to be done to correct this!

I am assuming that you gave the seller the correct address and you are not connected to the Ruislip address.

It may be that the ring has failed authenticity and has been returned to the seller.

As long as the latest estimated delivery date has passed, you should start the process of getting a refund by opening an 'item not received' case.

eBay authenticators are in Ruislip though it does seem a while for delivery since your purchase date.

Have you received tracking to your address or just the original tracking to authenticators?

Hi, I am really upset because I still haven’t received my purchase and don’t know what to do now. Tried cancellation but was told too late.

You may be worrying too soon here. It seems that delivery was made to the Authenticator in Ruislip.

On your order details there's an estimated delivery date. Once past the latest date showing on your order you can open an item not received claim with eBay:

As advised, if it is after the latest estimated delivery date - which will be on the email you received from Ebay when you paid - start the process for an 'item not received' case.

Even though the ring had to be authenticated, two weeks is a long time to wait for delivery so open a case with Ebay today.

Hi, thanks for your advice. The item stated delivered on 25 Feb 2026 but nobody in household get it. When Î contacted the seller their responses was reserve not met give me bad feedback I don’t care. How can I give any feedback since I didn’t get the ring.

As advised, I have just emailed eBay saying item not received, hopefully they will get back to me like you guys do. Thank you again. Best regards

You don't need to email Ebay - they don't have an email address they respond to.

Can you confirm you have opened a case stating you have not received the item?

Here is a link if that is not what you have done.

You can report an item not received using the button below:

Report item not received

It is odd that the seller should say the reserve wasn't met.

What is the item number?

Edit

Are you absolutely certain that was the seller's name?

That is an account based in Italy with only 7 feedback and no recent sales.  As far as I know, items posted from overseas would not be eligible for the authenticity guarantee.
