Can anyone tell me how to get the buy-it-now price correct in a listing, please? I just tried to list something for £125 (that was the amount in the buy-it-now price box when I filled in the form). When he item went live the buy-it-now price had changed (I can’t remember exactly what it was but it was something like £89.43). I’ve tried asking eBay AI but it doesn’t understand the question.

I suspect you are not using the seller hub, that puts you in control, instead of ebay fiddling with what you try to do.
Worth trying later today or tomorrow, Friday is Maintenance day, and could be something to do with that.
I cannot see any relationship between the price you wanted £125 and the price listed at £82.51.

Are you adding a Buy it Now price to an auction listing?
Be aware, when the first bid is placed that Buy it Now price disappears and the sale runs on in auction style only in fairness to the other bidders.
The golden rule for auctions, is to always start the auction for the lowest amount you are happy to receive, it cannot sell for less. Then, if you only receive one bid, which often happens, you will have achieved the price you wanted.
