Buy it Now Items not Shipped

Recently I purchased some items that were listed at a buy it now price, and they have yet to be shipped. I've tried to contact the seller to also no response. I no longer believe they intend to sent the item, however I don't understand why list something if you don't mean to sell it. An auction that goes low I can understand why but a price set by them makes no sense to me

Maybe something has happened to them but don't let ebay's 30 day deadline for a claim to get your money back slip by.

All you can do is wait until the expected delivery date has passed and then open a not received case to get a refund.

Failing to get a high enough price is not a good reason to not honour s sale and if this the reason deserves negative feedback, just say Failed to honour the sale. It is up to sellers to list at a price they are happy to sell at.
