Buy / Bid / Watchlist Greyed out

Unable to purchase on ebay for over two weeks now, all the boxes are greyed out and only loads first picture, weirdly i'm able to purchase items i had 'saved for later'

What is going on? I've seen some other posts with the same issues, thought it was my iphone7 with older os but same issues on my few year old imac desktop.

Any ideas? Ebay want us to deal with ai chatbots which is a joke, close to shutting it down for good

It does seem from time to time,  that some devices and browsers, just don't seem to marry up well with eBay!

It seems it's the turn for Safari,  but the app and mac have always had issues, now and then popping up.

Yes,  others are facing the same,  the issue seemed to have been solved last week,  but with so many reports coming in daily,  it's obvious it's not be solved for one and all!

Have you tried this combo a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.

Thanks for the reply, but i don't see why i should have to use a different browser or buy a pc just to use ebay? With all due respect that is an absurd proposition. 

I've haven't changed anything and not had this problem before so the problem is clearly an ebay one, i've never used the app either just the website through safari.

We are fellow ebayers, not ebay staff,trying to help others. 

We can only suggest solutions to this issue that some find as a work around until ebay fix things.

Therefore @tressygirl advice about safari browser is correct.

I cannot remember saying you need to buy a PC,   some peeps have several different devices, it was a suggestion , if perhaps you had one,  but hadn't tried that combo.

As @tobiasd4  says we are members just like yourself,  and can only pass on information we have gleaned from this forum , or from other members,  and a current issue does lie with Safari and eBay. 

The site is built around Chrome,  that's why it works a little better with eBay.
