I think your payment may be 'in a queue'.
Ebay no longer make automatic payments to private sellers, but they do automatically send all private sellers any available funds 4 times a year. And, today is one of those days. I know you are not a private seller, but this could have a knock-on effect for everybody.
My Ebay balance has gone to zero and the money is not in my bank account.
My guess (just a guess) is that the payouts have overwhelmed the Ebay system and everyone's money is currently in limbo.
(Or in a Swiss bank account belonging to somebody who hasn't turned up for work today.)
