my Warranty run out on the 26th April I'm trying to contact Ebay to a proper person not a robot I had to cancel my old Ebay account due to it been hacked but I still have the email receipt need help

Unfortunately ebay won't help.   Their deadline for all claims is always 30 days.   Banks etc. offer 120 days from date of payment.   After that you'd need to use the small claims court, now called money claim online:
