Hi, could someone advise me please?
I sent this message to the company on the "message to seller" and have had no reply and I am unsure as to whether it actually went as I didn't get a copy in my e mail either.
I bought Bosch Ergomixx 800w. Item ID 405047167777 on 4th August 2024 with a warranty for 2 years. Order number 10-11902-77183. I have had 2 of these in the past. This time however, I switched on and heard a peculiar noise and it just does not work anymore. I love my Bosch Ergomixx and use it all the time. Could I please get a replacement?
