Blue exclamation mark when sending messages.

Hi,

 

Sometimes when I try to send a message I get a blue exclamation mark and the message is not sent, I don't get an error message with it and I am not sending any personal details in the message. Does anyone know what the blue exclamation mark means? I contacted eBay and they are not sure and have passed it on to their back team. It only started to happen when they changed the messaging system from single message to conversation type.

Blue exclamation mark when sending messages.

Which device or browser are you using?  Is it the app or mobile browser?  If so,  switch if you can to a laptop/PC and try Chrome that combo seems to work best,  as that exclamation mark looks like it's indicating a temporary issue, and the message is not getting through.

 

Does seem to be more issues since this new ' scroll conversation' type message was introduced.

I use a PC and Chrome. It has only started when they changed the messaging system to the new scroll conversation type.
