An item was promoted with a Black Friday discount. Instructions said to input the discount code at Checkout. I made a note of the code but at the Checkout there was nowhere to input the code - it seemed there was no option but to go through the checkout process, expecting the discount to be applied at the end, but instead the full amount was taken.
I messaged the Seller, who said the issue is a concern for Ebay rather than themselves, and suggested that I message Ebay.
I can't find anyway of messaging Ebay.
Does anybody have any tips or suggestions to help?
