Bidder restricted bidding on item

Hi, I have a message from a buyer who has bid on one of my items but tried to bid on a similar, but larger in size item, but says they can't as I have restricted it. Can anyone help please? They have been a member since end March  with 0 feedback, so perhaps it has something to do with that?

It would help if we had an item number for the listing.

Yep,  that would be it,  bidding on many items as a new buyer,  with no history of paying immediately,  would hamper their bidding rights.

They need to build and show they are a good eBayer , so best for them to buy and pay asap for BIN items,  to be able to bid on multi auction items for the time being.

You can set your account to limit new buyers with low feedback to only bid on one item at a time.

It's a bit of a guess, but have you checked your buyer requirements?
