Bid then retraction twice

Has anybody else had someone bid, retract, bid, retract  then when the item did not sell offer a lower price?

Bid then retraction twice

No.

If a potential buyer ever retracts a bid, they go immediately onto my blocked buyers list so they can't come back and mess up another auction.

I would refuse the offer and block the bidder.

Bid then retraction twice

I agree with @jckl1957  one retraction,  is one retraction too many and straight onto one's blocked buyer's listings.

Some place bids to see what a previous bidder has bid or to see if there is a reserve placed what the reserve is,  then retract that bid,  naughty,  but it does happen !
