Bank has notified me 4 times saying a merchant is trying to take money totalling over £1300.

I've just had 4 notifications from my bank. A merchant is trying to process 4 payments totalling over £1300. My  bank has declined these requests. I've not used ebay for weeks. Has anyone else has this issue? I've frozen my cards and removed my card payment method. I've tried to contact ebay but there are no options for this issue

If by 'a merchant' you mean ebay, you need to deal with both your ebay account and your payment source as having been hacked and secure them both.
