How do i add funds to my eBay balance? can not find ADD FUNDS or MANAGE PAYMENTS SECTION.

You can't add funds to your ebay account.

If you have insufficient funds in ebay, any extra payment for need to buy will have to come from card you add at checkout.

If you google how to add funds to your eBay account it does tell you how, but as i have said can not find , ADD FUNDS or MANAGE  PAYMENT SECTION ?

As I understand this, you can add card for payments, but NOT top up your ebay balance.

The add funds part is if you don't have enough money in ebay to pay for items or fees, in which case ebay take money from linked card or bank.

This is what direct debit is for.

The advice about not being able to add funds to your ebay balance is correct. Your eBay balance is the funds that come from the items you sold. You cannot add funds yourself to this balance.

You can add a card to your account to use for payments.

If you use seller hub you can access your payments tab by going to the payments tab within sellerhub

If you don't use seller hub you can go to  My eBay>Selling and then on the left hand side menu> payments
