Hello everyone,
I have not been receiving my IPS GPS purchases, and even though I can provide courier tracking showing items were not delivered Ebay are closing cases against my favour.
Im 15 years I have never had problems with buying on Ebay until now, until this WN Direct Ebay IPS / GPS forced postage issue. WN Direct farm out the packets to other couriers abroad who themselves farm out the packets again to sub-contractors, men with vans, or bikes. These men with vans are employed by themselves and work on a freelance basis for the foreign couriers who WN Direct agree terms with. When these men with vans do not want to deliver items to far-off places, they just note "tried to deliver but recipient was out". I am in every day and the courier in question called me, on my mobile, to say he woudl not deliver to me as it was too far off his route, and I had to drive 50km to him to collect. When I refused he made a fraudulent entry into his log, so the seller thought he'd at least tried to deliver, He had not. This happens a lot in Italy and maybe other places too. When i lived in the UK I ran a courier firm as managing director and I know this happens even there. I have received no card nor call from any courier yet now I am involved in a Paypal escalation as Ebay had the nerve to close the case against my favour (on 13 June) even though the actual delivery report showed the item was "returned to sender" on 6th June 2016, showing I had obviously not received it. Do I really have to go to the British ombudsman dna the police - as ebay ask (for a fraud report number) to get this case opened again? So much for buyer's guarantee and Paypal protection, huh?
Proof of 'return to sender' file attached - something Ebay customer services ignored when they closed the case against me losing me my item and money
