Automated RM incorrect

I have sold an item and upon checking the label created by ebay realised this relates to a letter and item wouldn't fit.
I have liaised with buyer and posted via RM 48h tracked small parcel. I updated tracking on the item, however ebay tracking doesn't show that item has been posted and also doesn't allow me to cancel already created label.

Anyone had similar issues and knows how to deal with it ?
Any help would be appreciated

Ask ebay to change the tracking number for you.  You can request a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

The cost of the unused label will be refunded in 30 days.

If ebay agree to change the tracking please come back and let us know.   🙂
