Auto relist issues

Hi. Since the new postage has come into place my listings will not auto relist? Can someone help advise please? Thanks

Auto relist issues

Some members have found when their item's prices have automatically changed to Special Delivery some are wrong and have to manually change each and every one.  This may have happened to your listings,  that is, annoyingly,  the auto relist for your auctions,  have been deselected.

 

You'll need to go to each one, revise and add the auto relist from the pricing options drop down menu.

hi there. I posted it yesterday and somebody responded but it will not allow me to respond to the response! So I am posting again. I was advised yesterday that to put my auto relist back on that I need to go to the pricing section and click for auto realist. On my app on my phone there is no option for auto relist. It is nowhere to be seen. Can somebody advise further exactly where I can find it please? Thanks

I think I may have answered that first post for you @jamest494 . If my little grey cells serve me right. 🤔

 

The app and mobile browser are sadly lacking in all the options you need to run a successful selling account.

 

If you cannot find that option on those devices,  then you'll need to switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  there you will be able to follow my instructions to auto relist auctions.

Are you now using a laptop?

 

Then,  to the far right of Pricing you will see.......     See pricing options alongside,  best described as,   two little lines with circles in them.

 

Click on that,   and a drop down menu appears:

 

Automatically relist this item up to 8 times if it doesn’t sell with no insertion or optional listing upgrade fees.
Allow buyers to remain anonymous when they bid on or buy an item.

Thanks for replying. I need to try on a different item such as my PC. Hopefully that will work.
