Are you the buyer or the seller?

The authenticator will ship the item to the address the buyer used at checkout.

I can't see any way, even if you got in touch, that they would send anything to a different address.

Explain what has happened and we may be able to offer some advice.

I’m the seller,

sent my package to the authenticator & the package got refunded/sent back to me.

the authenticator has sent out the package to the old address,

I updated my address afterwards but there’s nothing I can do to contact the authenticator.

in short, they’ve sent the package to the wrong address and I don’t know how to get them to send it to the updated address, as it’s been shipped already

Item will be returned to address on your account.

There are 5 different ones to update, it does not automatically update all.

Some are send from address & return address, which may be different.

Can you contact person at the address & sort with them?

Nothing you can do except hope the people who now live at your old address return it to the sender.

You don't need me to tell you how important it was to update your address before making any sales.

There are 5 separate places where you need to update so make sure they are now all correct.
