Authentication

Hey, you know when you make an offer on the item which has “authentication guarantee” blue sign on it, so when you offer you have have to commit to buy in the end if seller accepts your offer, however there is no option to add authentication guarantee in that bit where you submitting offer with the payment details. Does it mean you don’t get to choose if when you make an offer you only can add authentication when you “buy it now” ? Thanks

If the conditions including price are met, then Authentication applies.

eBay doesn't work the same as some other selling platforms, where the buyers adds the authentication at checkout.

If the item is eligible, then the guarantee is applied automatically.
