Authentication process is a Joke, so called experts could not verify authentic vintage Sunglasses

I'm in the process of taking legal action against eBay, their verification (authenticity) team could not distinguish original from counterfeit sunglasses. I have sent eBay a letter to their Dublin address and hope they will respond within the legal time of 14 days. If not the next letter they will receive will be from a small claims court. Has anyone had the same experience, if so, I would greatly appreciate some advice.

You do not explain exactly what your complaint is or whether you are buyer or seller.

I suspect  that you may find it an expensive process with little hope of success.
