Hiya.  I've made an offer of £20 at an auction, for a product which was £31.  This offer haven't been rejected.  I've waited for the auction to end but the seller doesn't want to give me the product. He asked in private for £5 extra. Nobody offered more after my 20.  Is this normal?!

If you won the item eBay will have sent you an email and it will show in your purchases, if it's not there you didn't win/purchase the item.

If it is there and you don't receive it by the date shown in the email open a claim for item not received, an item number would help

£11 off an item with a starting price of £31 is obviously too low.

The seller has said they will accept £25 so, if they relist the item, offer £25.

Offers that are not accepted, cannot win, they just lapse.

An offer is not a bid, if price is £31 then lowest bid that can be made is £31.

All you needed to do was make an increased offer of £25 then it would probably been accepted. See if seller relists and at what price.
