Assistance Required – Item Not Received

Hello,

I kindly request your assistance regarding my order. I purchased a Nikon D7100 camera and made the payment in full and honestly. The tracking information shows that the item was shipped via DPD UK and marked as delivered. However, the parcel has not reached my address.

When I track the item, it still shows that it is at the DPD Southwark depot, not at my delivery address. Therefore, I have not received my item.

I have been using eBay since 2014 and have never experienced or reported an issue like this before. I kindly ask for your help to ensure that I receive my parcel.

Check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

You are in Tanzania. 

Tracking shows delivered to UK depot.

It will probably have a different tracking number for your country. 

As said, you can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.
