Hi, I've entered the wrong Royal Mail Tracking number in a dispatched item. I read one of the digits as a number 8 and it's the letter B. I can't seem to find any way to amend it. Can anyone help please?
Go to your orders page and there should be an Edit Tracking link on the right of the item. It may be via a dropdown menu. If not you can contact ebay and ask them to change it for you. Use callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
