Hi,
in June of this year, I purchased two vinyls under the influence that I would recive the items. The vinyls are American exclusives and I was at the time eager to do anything to make them mine. I had entered an agreement with a seller, for him to purchase one of the exclusives and send it to me. So I eagerly waited for his confirmation that the 2nd vinyl had arrived. Which he did confirm a couple of weeks later. After to which there was radio silence. I did receive a few messages since then saying how he was close to finishing the order, but I am now thinking that I put too much trust in him. It is now November, the 90 day window has passed. And I don't know what to do about a refund, and I am beginning to think there is nothing I can do in this situation except to come to terms with my regret.
