Am I being too hasty?

I sold a Michael kors bag using the auction option. The bag was sold on the 27th March. The winner hasn't paid yet despite me sending three messages requesting payment or contacting me. Should I wait longer?  I can't see an option for me to leave 'none paying bidder' in order to end this.

The cancellation procedure to use when a buyer hasn't paid after four days is explained here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/payment-policies/unpaid-item-policy?id=4271

This will immediately cancel the sale. Neither party can leave feedback; any already left can be removed. The buyer will receive an unpaid item strike for not paying, which will stay on their account for a year. Two strikes mean that most sellers will automatically block them from bidding.

To add non-payers to your blocked bidders list and prevent them from sending you messages, see: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Is the unpaid item strike visible to sellers? If it was possible to leave negative feedback for non payment it would be easier to see.
