All feedback has disappeared when using my mobile- either on the app or even by using the browser to get to the website. But feedback is available if I use my computer.
I've done all the things suggested when I googled the problem. I have cleared the cache in ebay, I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times and restarted my mobile. But it has still disappeared. I can't find where to get help to redress this. I've tried ringing the helpdesk but it says it is not available.
I can't take my computer when I'm away so how do I solve this. Any suggestions?
